Mission Guatemala 2009
     March 18-31, 2009
YACS students will be going to the northern part of Guatemala with a group of youth and adults from the Upper Columbia Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.  The group will be building a church, putting on a series of evangelistic meetings, doing keds meetings, and hopefully providing medical care.

Each participant will need raise $1550 which will go toward transportation (in, to, and from the country), food, construction materials, other project materials, and medical insurance.

Guatemala is a Central American country bordered by Mexico, Belize, Honduras, El Salvador, and the Pacific Ocean.  They will be working near San Luis.  San Luis is a city with almost 45,00 people in the northern-most state (in the orange part of the map on the left, on the right bottom).
