About Mr. Wolfkill

Yes! You found me. I am blessed to be the homeroom teacher for grades 9 & 10 here at YACS, but I also have the great joy of teaching all of our 5th through 10th grade students in subjects such as math, history, P.E., and/or Bible. In my aim to help each student earn an excellent academic base for their future learning, my goal is to help them become a closer friend of Jesus.

Walla Walla College (now Walla Walla University) is where I earned a Masters in Education, after attending Pacific Union College for my Bachelors degree. I have a professional denominational certification with endorsements in a number of different subject areas, but my prayer is that no matter what subject matter we are discussing no student will leave my classroom without having been drawn nearer to Jesus. We have such an excellent opportunity to worship, pray, and praise together as we develop our academic knowledge and skills!

My wife, Karen, and I have three college aged and above children, plus one wonderful daughter-in-law. In fact, we are about to become grandparents for the first time and can't wait! Outside of my family and teaching, my passions include playing the piano, singing, running, biking, water and snow skiing, hiking, working on houses and cars, among other things.

I am looking forward to another amazing year of teaching and to the opportunity to get to know this latest group of God's children better. Please feel free to contact me to discuss how your child will fit into the YACS family.
